"drinking champagne to celebrate ..."

Selling a home is always stressful ... attempting to sell a home while you're living overseas is more stressful as the issues are multiplied by the distance. Fortunately, when we decided to sell our home in Manly we already knew that Trish would be the right person to handle the sale. We had purchased a property through Trish some years ago & we were very impressed with the warmth she showed to both the buyers & the sellers. During the recent sale process we simply followed Trish's advice ... about 2 week's later we were drinking champagne to celebrate the sale of our home. Thanks Trish!

"We cannot speak highly enough of Trish"

Trish was great from the Beginning. She has a bright and bubbly personality and a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Our home was listed for sale, photos and floor plan done and up on realestate.com.au in a couple of days. She gave us plenty of notice when she was bringing buyers for an inspection so our stress levels were kept to a minimum. We were always given feedback and she kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. We cannot speak highly enough of Trish and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone seeking to sell or purchase a property.
