In 2008 I was going through a divorce and as a single mum with a 3 year old I was desperate to sell my home. Vince was the first real estate agent I asked to sell my home. His advice to me was not to sell and that I was too emotional to make a decision and he recommended that I hold onto my property. He had an opportunity to sell the house and get his commission but he put forward an option to help me and my little girl in the future. What a blessing! Now in 2016 I am remarried and we are relocating to Adelaide. I promised Vince that I would not have no one else sell our home simply because he showed that he cares about people and shows interest in what's the best possible outcome for you at the time. My husband and I are so grateful for his honesty, professionalism and product knowledge in particular the portfolio that we were presented with. He has outstanding negotiation and communication skills and we received the best price for our home. We are ready to relocate and enjoy a sea change all thanks to Vince.
