"Recommending Zeno Kobica"

I was ready for the sale, at which time I realised he worked for the same company that had arranged for the sale of my previous property 17 years earlier. My experiences with Scott Banks all those years ago confirmed that they chose their employees well and further reinforced my confidence in Zeno. Although I was not entirely comfortable with the auction process, I was pleased that Zeno was able to arrange for a satisfactory sale a few days after the auction date. At all times, Zeno acted professionally and was extremely considerate of my privacy. The 'open for inspections' were arranged after prior consultation with me and planned to minimise any disruption to my daily activities. He constantly kept me updated with progress reports (both verbally and written) and highlighted any follow-up interest with potential buyers. At no time was I pressured to accept an offer that was below my minimum expectations. Zeno strove to find a price that was acceptable and was finally successful. Zeno also offered support in providing information to assist in my search for a new home and, although I doubt that I will need to engage him in any future home sale transactions as I will be moving out of Melbourne, I would gladly recommend him to those who wish to engage a reliable agent in the sale of their own Melbourne property.

"Home Sold For Record Price + No Stress = Great Outcome!"

Being in business for a very long time I meet lots of sales people, and on the credibility scale I would normally put real estate sales people down the bottom with car sales people. We tendered our property to around one dozen agents in and around our area and meet with five groups. Three of the five who just happen to be the biggest and most well known names were generally as I expected, full of talk, lots of BS and a care factor around getting the best price for us of about zero. Two one being a very obscure agent and Zeno stood head and shoulders above the rest and we would have been happy to sign with both. They were both no BS straight talking and with no gimmicks. We eventually chose Zeno because of his exceptional ability to not only present our house better than any of the big boys and at a value for money price, but because of his passion to work for us in achieving our goal. Zeno took all of the stress normally associate with selling the house away, he kept us informed and was very respectful of the fact that selling a home is an emotional experience. Would I recommend him? Yes Would I use him to find me a home or sell another one? Yes. If you want all the BS go to the big boys and they will charge you an arm and a leg to market themselves and not get you the best price. If you want great honest service and someone who will genuinely fight hard to get you the best deal for you, then Zeno is the man!

"Zeno"

In May 2014, we were actively looking for property in south east suburbs of Melbourne. I had provided interest to property advertised by Zeno. I received a prompt call from Zeno and enquiry about my interest area, budget and house parameters. Zeno immediately proposed few properties and also had set-up an appointment at his office to review plans, locations and price of those proposed properties. Based on our discussion, we had decided on an apartment and also advised the price we would afford for the property. Zeno proactively negotiated on our behalf with the builder to accept the offer we had placed. Even after deal been signed, I find it easy to talk to Zeno and get all my queries answered. There have never been an occasion where he has never returned back my call or e-mail. Based on my experience, I would rate Zeno as highly trustworthy agent who is frank, with good understanding of the buyer and seller needs and strives to maintain the relationship. Overall we has a pleasant experience and would be utilising Zeno for our next venture.

"We're not easy clients"

We are hard work. We had high expectations and set a high reserve price for our property. My wife has an acquired Brain Injury so can get very emotional about things but Zeno was able to deliver the price we needed so we can move onto the next stage of our lives and was able to explain what was happening. He is a gentleman and went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend you the serves of Zeno if you want to sell your property.

Zeno achieved a record price for our property, an amazing result in a highly congested market. Even more amazing that he's based on the other side of Melbourne! We knew what our property needed wasn't just another local agent churning through loads of homes to sell, but someone who would take the extra time and attention needed to get the best possible result for us. At all times we found him professional, honest and willing to listen to our point of view. He also gave us great advice when we needed it. "Honesty"

All we were after was an honest, reliable agent. We have been through many agents until we came across Zeno. All previous agents promised the world but never deliveried. Zeno did not over promise and gave us the facts with supporting documentation. With this we were able to sell within 2 weeks where the average time in our area is far greater. “Small town feel yet so close to the City!”

Fabulous place to live, work and play. With the CBD at one end and the Beach at the other, it's best of both worlds. Excellent light rail, bike and walking trails, boutique shops, cafes and some of the best pubs in town.
