I've got to know Piers very well over the years regularly running into him at the Neutral Bay coffee shops and especially with him selling our previous home in the 2010 tough market prior to auction. Piers is very personable, professional and more importantly really knows the local market.

This lead us to retain his services to sell our current home which was not successful in the first instance early last year. Therefore this year I offered him the challenge to present a new fresh approach to re-market our home in Jan/Feb and he more then meet my expectations which resulted in several offers before auction.
