Maria first came to our home just to give us an appraisal on the value of property. We instantly felt comfortable dealing with her, so much so that we agreed to start marketing the property exclusively through her. Maria was very open and honest as to what we could expect not only on price but how she viewed the property and the approach we should take. Throughout the process Maria constantly kept in touch with us, updating after open homes and discussing prospective buyers views on the property. She was always direct and honest on the feedback which we appreciated. We were away for a period of the marketing and Maria when way beyond what we expected making sure she had the property presented well.
