Directly adjacent to Were St and across the road from the top end is Alban St, where you’ll find Montmorency Primary School and a quiet little street that meanders down to Sylvan Park; a small reserve with a kids’ playground and basketball ring. Alban Street is just a moments walk to the shops and train, with every convenience you’ll ever need.
