"Convenience is an understatement"
With the Eastern end of the street between Sydney Road and Lygon Street, Albert Street is super convenient, the street also includes a great Woolworths Supermarket West of Sydney Road, and some brilliant parks at the end. A mix of commercial and residential, great for that inner city feel.
We manage a lot of properties on this street, and find that both houses and apartments lease very quickly.
