Yes it is. It connects you to High street as well as Ashburton. Close to cafes, strip of shops and restaurants and easy access to train station. Family friendly with kids always on bikes heading to the park that leads off that road and bike trail. It is a hit during Halloween seeing with kids trick or treating also down this road.

Albion Road is a lovely street with a combination of both period and modern houses and it also has the distinct characteristic of having two postcodes with postcodes 3146 and 3147 operating within the same street. It is a safe street with house proud residents... the street carries a bit of traffic during peak periods.
