Reviews of Albion Road, Glen Iris
"Parks, cafes and train all within walking distance"
Albion Road is a lovely street with a combination of both period and modern houses and it also has the distinct characteristic of having two postcodes 3146 and 3147 operating within the same street. It is a pleasant streetscape with house proud residents, it does however carry traffic volumes during peak hours.

"Albion Road offers much appeal with its fantastic location"
Connecting the always busy High Street with the subtle St. Georges Crescent, Albion Road is in a fantastic location in regards to accessibility.
Darling Park, High Street Shop and plenty more will be within walking distance to you at all times.
This road can at times act as a 'cut through' street which will elevate road noise at late hours.
Despite its drawbacks, the location trumps all.

"A Street In Two Suburbs"
Starting in Glen Iris but running through to Ashburton Albion Road has easy access to multiple train stations (Glen Waverley & Alemain Lines), buses on High Street, numerous parks and has a family friendly feel. Walking distance to multiple schools (Glen Iris Primary, Solway Primary, Estrella Kindergarten) and cafes (salted caramel brownie at Mr Tucci is literally to die for). It does carry some traffic as locals do use it as a cut through.
