"Best school and great places to meet"

Amaroo has it all - the super school, Coles and Aldi, great coffee and even a pub! Whats not to love.

"Happy place to be."

Canberra is expensive in itself so that explains those stars. I have lived here for a year and LOVE it. People are nice, area is very clean and safe. No local bar which is unfortunate unless you want to go into the Canberra Raiders Club. Transport is also a problem through out the whole of Canberra. It is a beautiful well kept safe neighbourhood. Could live here forever if I liked ACT weather. Has NBN also.

"Safest area in Canberra"

Amaroo has the prestige of being the first area where the NBN was rolled out nationally. Therefore the communication services there are a real bonus and second to none in the rest of the nation, making it the envy of everyone else and placing it well to meet the technological challenges of the future. It is the safest suburb in the Canberra area according to community statistics. It is an affluent area which would be a perfect place to raise a family especially because of its community mindedness. It also has ample green spaces where you can enjoy the great outdoors.
