Is Wanneroo a good suburb?
I am planning a house on ariti ave,wanneroo,which just locates down the wanneroo showground.
it looks fantastic! close to shops, lakes and public transport.
BUT AS I AM NOT FAMILIAR WIHT THE SUBURB, I STILL WANT TO ASK: IS IT A GOOD SUBURB?
i have searched on the internet and found that the crime rate is not very high,but not low!!
another problem is i work in the city...is it too far? seems you have to take No. 468 bus to whitfords stn, and then transfer to the train.Or drive to edgewater stn, park there and transfer the train?? is there still parks on edgewater stn after 8:00am?

You will have no chance of parking in any train station after 8am.
I used to live in Wanneroo and work in the city. I took the 468 bus and I lived with it, though I now hate the bus. If you miss it you are 30 mins late. Easy to make an excuse when heading into work but grew extremely infuriating when wanting to get home.
I now live within walking distance to a train station and it is fantastic.
