Arpenteur Drive, Baldivis, WA 6171

Arpenteur Drive meanders through Settlers Hills, from Safety Bay Rd through to Braid Rd covering a distance of 3km, with slight undulations and rises. It is a beautiful streetscape, with mature deciduous trees that during the cooler months leave a carpet of fallen leaves.
A feature of the street is the magnificent Settlers Oval – home to the Baldivis White Knights Cricket Club and Baldivis Football Club. With an old school pavilion and white picket fence, many wedding parties have had their forever photos taken here. You can hear the thwack of leather against willow during lazy summer days, whilst the spectators enjoy hot chips and gravy from the Baldivis Deli.
Two schools are located on Arpenteur Drive – Settlers Primary School (Public School - Kindy – year 6) and Tranby College (Independent School -Kindy – year 12). Tranby also has an early learning centre, which caters for children from six weeks to 5 years of age in a long day care environment. Before and After School care is also available.
A local shopping strip provides a deli, a fish and chip shop, a hairdresser and a restaurant/café. The Steel Tree has been open since 2006 and offers a very popular weekend breakfast service.
The housing on Arpenteur Drive is mostly family homes, with some cottage style blocks.
