Is Springfield Lakes a good place for families?

I have been reading reviews on Springfield Lakes and would love some info on the area also I want to know where the good areas are to live (would be renting) and where the bad areas/streets are? (The Ghetto of the town) What are the public schools like? and do you recommend this town for a young family?

Totally recommend this area for a young family, public schools are great, various to choose from. There is no Ghetto of the town, if there was no one would live here.......I think with the population at nearly 15,000 people in Springfield Lakes alone that answers your question. This is a great area to buy and rent in. It has something for everyone, every age, every level. The amenities on offer here do not compare to other suburbs. Very modern environment, live here and you get brand new shops, cafes, restaurants....a new Event Cinema is on it's way, Hospitals, the coolest looking train station you've ever seen with a list of endless construction currently underway and projected for future growth.
