Athabaska Avenue, Seven Hills, NSW 2147

A former resident of Athabaska Avenue and moving into the city. I have only realised the advantageous position I was once in living in Athabaska. The street seemed to be central to everything and allowed easy acess to any amnenity. For example the street is close to Metella Road Primary and Hills Sports High School. The street is within 2 minutes walk of the local GP and is within a 4-5 minute drive to the local convenience store and another few minutes drive to a shopping centre where Woolworths and Coles, Butcher etc. are located. Another feature I like about the street was its proximity to the staion, the street had a close bus stop which had regular services to both Blacktown and Seven Hills Station. However the street was not 'too close' to the station. But still allowed for quick acess to the station. The street was also very quiet and peaceful, with my residence there for 8 years resulting in no problems whatsoever. The people in the locale are also extremely nice. All in all I believe that Athabaska Avenue is a great street and that people who were looking for an all round good sport. This would be the place to look for.
