"Texas in Victoria - Hmmm........"
Austin street is part of a Quadrilateral formed by other three street namely Yarra Grove, Majore Street, Evansdale Road. Houses in area are predominantly Victorian style and mostly timber in construction. Close by park on Morang road provides a good mental relief. Area is built up and has formal residential development.
Area has moderate slope and land is primarily use for residential purposes. The land pattern is varied and so is the size and shape of the land allotments. Public transport is a good choice
Shops are available close by on burwood road. Streets are local and traffic is limited. Ample Greenery in the street
