"Self sufficient in the next 2yrs.."
Once all the bigger retailers move into the newly developed retail locations and the train station is done it will bring travel costs down

Easy, no homeswest houses, no catchment zone for ESC possibly the worst school in Perth, newer houses kept in better condition due to strict rules, we have more parks per capita. Higher average income, is a private estate and therefore is a world of difference to ellenbronx
"A community to come home to"
What a great location for families. It is only a quick drive to the Swan Valley and easy access to new Lord Street and the recently opened Tonkin Highway extension makes coming home easy.
And once you are home you won't want to leave! A walkable suburb with good public transport bus links, parks are scattered throughout. You will have your choice of schools with 2 state primary schools - Aveley Primary School & the newly opened Aveley North Primary School - the recently opened Aveley Secondary College, Swan Valley Anglican Community School. There is a choice of 2 shopping centres, 2 doctors clinics, and several child care centres as well as several restaurant options as well. With so many close options, Aveley makes busy family life easy.
There is a strong sense of community in Aveley with numerous community events throughout the year by local residents in conjunction with the developer - Stockland.
There is high demand for rental properties in Aveley in the current market (May 2020) and you could expect to achieve $375 to $425 per week for a standard 4 bedroom home on an average sized block in this area.
