"Peaceful Balnarring Beach"

Balnarring is an easy 1 1/4 hr drive from Melbourne CBD, or a picturesque hinterland 1/2 hr to Mornington. Pressed against the shores of Westernport Bay; a once quiet seaside hamlet, is now a vibrant community, winery destination, excellent village atmosphere, host to the picnic races and home to new peninsula residents. There’s the new and old property style choices, the standard block with modern new homes, the old-fashioned beach shack done up or ready for imagination and the larger acreages for the hobby framers.

The sporting facilities for young ones are some of the best on the peninsula and the local primary school is outstanding. Public buses into Mornington and Mt. Eliza makes it possible for secondary school aged kids to attend quality education.

"Great SeaSide Town"

Balnarring Beach is just near Balnarring and Somers, two great towns. Everyone is very friendly and its a happy place to be. But its a fair way from a good cafe or a pub. But there is the Balnarring herritage.I often ride my bike throught Balnarring Beach and there is a great walk along the coast from Balnarring Beach to Merricks. You can also ride your bike to Somers along a friendly path. Also there is a leash free dog walking zone along the beach in Somers.
