Reviews of Barkly Street, Ringwood
"Central"
Barkly Street is ideally located and is mostly scattered with units plus the odd big blocked house.
Only about a 5 minute walk to Central Ringwood including the newly renovated Eastland shopping Centre, train station and Jubilee Park.
As a Property Manager I know that rental wise it is a popular street, but competition can be fierce due to the amount of rentals surrounding. Due to the location it is a great investment, but best be smart with pricing to attract a a quality tenant quickly to avoid vacancy.
I've let and managed dozens of rental properties in this street and find most tenants are young professionals, singles and young families.

"great street - quiet, walking distance to all the best Ringwood has to offer."
we have lived in this street for 8 years and have enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood as well as being able to walk to the station, Eastland, the pool and the library.
