"Beautiful Baxter"

A suburb with so much to offer! Still very undervalued and with so much development happening, it's a fantastic town to invest in. Close to local shops, public transport and with gorgeous parks nearby. Baxter Barn is a fantastic venue to have a celebration at too. Would highly recommend Baxter

Looking for a home in Baxter?

"Friendly, quiet suburb with all the basics"

My partner and I have lived in Baxter for 4 years and love the area so much that we've just upgraded to a bigger house here. It is affordable, people are friendly, feels safe and everything is within walking distance. Only 10 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to all the wineries/attractions on the Mornington Peninsula, it has good transport options with two different bus lines plus train. With new medical facilities, a major supermarket and a few restaurants, this is a suburb that has the basics but still keeps the charm of a village. The best part is that it is in a green zone so will never be able to grow too big.

"Great place for 1st Home Buyers &/or Retirees!!"

Baxter is a beautiful little town that boasts lots of charm. My partner and I moved into the area approx 1 year ago and all of our experiences within the town have been extremely positive. All of the people are so friendly!
We love how Baxter is central to everything a young couple needs; shops, post office, tennis club, and even the beach! Only 5-10mins away from the CBD of Frankston and 20mins away from the beautiful suburb of Mornington, Baxter is a town that is affordable for 1st home buyers and/or retiree's yet is central to everything you ever need.
We love living in Baxter! :-)

"Baxter Park"

It is not often in this day and age that you can have an area of parkland with about 10 sporting Ovals. It has a Cricket, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Pony, Archery clubs that share these ovals as well as the countless schools, disabled and recreational groups. One of the most disappointing things about this great place is the facilities that the council has provided. They are run down and in need of an upgrade, it had been years and years since they have done any major works. They have had a 10 year master plan in place for the last 30 years, come on council get your act together and you really could make this place amazing.
