Reviews of Belair, SA
"Hoon central"
Would be an awesome place if the brain dead hoons would move on. Great views, some great local shops and a quick run in to the city, it’s just a shame it’s all ruined by these morons. Don’t live in a house close to the main road, you will be kept awake most nights by tossers doing burnouts and racing each other.
"Best Place to live!"
A beautiful suburb with stunning views and unsurpassed living quality. Close proximity to natural wildlife with the Belair National Park at your back door, public transport and many choices for schooling with public and private schools close by.

"Probably the most underrated Adelaide suburb"
Just minutesfrom the CBD (if you really need to go there!) yet affording a glorious sylvan quasi rural environment coupled with excellent private and public schooling and community facilities.Whilst many of the larger stately and modern mansions are heading and sometimes exceeding the magic $1m mark incredible value can still be found with older and smaller brick or timber framers. A simply superb place to reside.
"Beautiful country with some aeras having stunning views"
Wildlife, Belair National Park and huge gums. This is a bit of the country in the suburbs.
It get cold here in the winter so be warned but the summer is much cooler as well.
Transport isn't too bad and it is quite easy to get into the city once you get down the hill - straight down Unley road.
It’s pretty easy to get to the local shops, Unley road isn't far away and the city isn't either. The combination of lifestyle and proximity to the city makes this a good place to be. However, its not for anyone that is afraid of heights and roads that hug hill sides.
There are plenty of good sized blocks with three bedroom homes around making it a great place for families. But watch them on those first bike rides and it can get a little steep in places

"A great spot for relaxed living with stunning city views"
Located in the Adelaide Hills to the immediate south of Adelaide, Belair is a pretty town with stunning views. The drive to Belair, whilst only 15 kilometres or so, can take quite a while due to the often heavy traffic on Unley Road and the windy drive through the Hills.
Belair has a number of grand and stately homes, many with stunning views back across the plains of Adelaide and to the sea.
The town has a number of lovely shops and restaurants, as well as a challenging golf course. Belair Primary School is situated in the town, and Scotch College (a private co-educational school) is only a 10 minute drive away in Mitcham.
