"Convenience indeed"
Belmont Avenue comprises a variety of properties mainly apartments, units and townhouses in this handy location within walking distance to Tooronga or Gardiner train station (both on the Glen Waverley train line), trams on Malvern Road or High Street, M1 nearby and a nice stroll up to Central Park. It is a lovely street with various price points and one we can certainly commend to you.
