Beresford Drive, Boronia, VIC 3155

Great place to be as it is close to and in many instances, walking distance from all you would possibly need... supermarkets, public transport, restaurants, hairdressers, etc. In my opinion, the best aspect of living in this street is access to walking tracks and bike paths, along with large ovals for recreation. Neighbours are pretty friendly too and are often out walking their dogs, working on their gardens, cars or whatever hobby it is they have. They often smile and wave - even if you don't know them. There are a wide range of people that live here.. from young families, to couples renting, to elderly citizens who've lived here for years.

The major problem is that it is a busy road. People consistently use it to avoid traffic and round abouts on main roads. Also, teenagers (and idiotic parents) often enjoy riding unregistered off-road bikes at fast speeds down the road. Though apparently it's on the list for future inclusion of speed humps to slow traffic and prevent the throughfare. In addition, at times it can be noisy at night time, with people playing music or having parties - but i guess you get that anywhere. Plus, I think the parties are actually not on this street but rather on ones that surround it.

I've lived here 4 years and whilst it has its pro's and con's, overall it's been an ok place to live.
