Bidwill, NSW 2770

Almost entirely housing commission, many streets full of bad tenants with no job life skills or dreams drinking off their pension money at early hours of the morning getting violently drunk, their kids run around like its nothing and steal dirt bikes to ride around, an increasingly prevalent knife culture among the youth, the area is just morally draining and exhausting, and good luck if you want to bring children up around in this area. So many stray dogs, domestic violence, substance abuse and deppressing stories constantly.

When I first wanted to buy a house in Bidwill most people scared me and told me it’s not a good area for families. But I have been living in Bidwill for 3 years now and I never had a problem with anyone. Sometimes I forget to close the front door of my house and I go out when I come back home no one has entered my house. Even my neighbours are good. I love this area so much even the schools is very good . The shops are so cheap.

Many people in the upper market suburbs in Sydney look down on this suburb because of pregiudice and ignorance. Bidwill house prices are still accessible and will soon grow.
Bidwill is a good suburb to invest in. Close to motorway, well priced homes for families and it's a safe suburb. New houses are beeing built and renovations are happening in many streets.
I invest in this suburb and have met a lot of very nice people who live here with their families.

Bidwill is in the western suburbs of sydney it falls under the local goverment authority of Blacktown it has a mixture of private housing and goverment housing there are some very good areas here with good parks and schools both private and public,transport is good with lots of buses and a good train line that will have you in sydney in 20mins on an express line.
It does have some problems like most suburbs in sydney but is very affordable place to live and for investment is very good with a vacant rate of 1%.
i have lived here and i now invest here and would say to anyone that on a whole is a good place to live.
