Flat street, accessible to local shop Umina Mall and bus stop to access Umina shops and Woy Woy shops and railway station.
Plenty of parking.
Walking distance to highschool and beach.
Close to boat ramps for boat access.
Affordable and good growth.
Great neighbourhood with some well respected people.
