"You can breathe in Bonner"

Bonner is blessed with beautiful street trees, which blossom in Spring and change colour in Autumn. These will be majestic in thirty or forty years from now. But, the immediate benefit is that the suburb has less of a bushfire hazard compared to the gum-tree ridden suburbs of the Belconnen district. Bonner has several modestly-sized hills, so that one is only ever a short walk to a nice view. There are some larger blocks, but most of the suburb's houses are built on smaller blocks. A lot of the residents bought into the suburb because of the affordability of the land rent scheme. So, this is a community which strongly values home ownership and the Great Australian Dream.

Looking for a home in Bonner?

"Beautiful quiet suburb close to Gungahlin"

I have been living here for 6 yrs and really like it, its close to Gungahlin. Very family friendly and we have beautiful neighbours. Sometimes we have roos bathing or eating at the front of our house. Low crime rate in our area, and we never had any issues.

"Bonner a new suburb like none"

Masterplan and with best of everything.
If you compare bonner with the other new suburbs of Canberra all it takes is one drive.

It's the least cramped wide roads and best planned, almost like it's saved from the private planners that ruined the rest of them.
Now there are plenty of things already here like oval, 64 million public school (that's right), woollies.
Amaroo group centre opens 2017 with Coles Anchor tenant and other speciality stores.

Proximity to Ford means Bergman private school Linear Park are all within reach without feeling of living on cramped roads fantastic in every way.

Views from top of Hill are breathtaking only 13km from city it's got huge connectivity boost with majura parkway fully operational in 2017 and road planners have done a great job.

Bonner also has cat containment area with streets marked.

Hilltop reserves Mulligans flat backdrop telstra tower views list is endless.

Honestly if you need night life live in non family friendly neighbourhood near city or urban areas.

However once amaroo group centre opens there's gonna be plenty of choice for eating out.

"Developing Community"

Bonner is located 13 kms north of Canberra. It has a local shopping centre with a major supermarket and a few other speciality store to meet the daily needs of the community. It has a local primary school and a high school less than 5 kms away. There are sporting grounds all around the suburb. The Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve is a fantastic place to explore with the family and see an abundance of bird life as well as frogs, lizards, wallabies and sugar gliders. The Yerrabi Pond District Park in nearby Gungahlin has an adventure playground with its own tarzan swing and flying fox, skateboard area, BBQs and picnic tables, making this the perfect place to raise a family.
