"Perfect For Couples Starting Out or Retirees!"
Bottle Bend is located in the leafy Forest Gardens Estate, a development 8 years young of 1 and 2 storey townhouses. With parkland and BBQ areas for residents to enjoy, the estate is adjacent to Forest Hill Chase and central to all other main services, yet enjoys privacy and quiet inside its gates. Perfect for singles, a young couple starting out or retirees, a body corporate looks after the gardens and facilities. Bottle Bend is a small dead-end street within the complex with little traffic noise. The Estate's christmas party which takes place at one of the BBQ areas each year is famous!
