"Busy Street especially at school times"
Everard Avenue is located in the Malvern Springs Village of Ellenbrook.
Bordering Malvern Springs Primary School, Bradshaw Crescent is very busy during school pick up and drop off times with parents picking up their kids as well as the street being a thoroughfare to access the rest of the area. There is on street parking however this is often filled up by school parents.
A mix of 3-4 bedroom homes, properties on Bradshaw Crescent typically lease for $300-$350 per week in the current market (May 2020).
