"A street with serenity in mind"
Broadwater Street has an eclectic mix of older and new homes. I remember someone saying to me not long ago...'Runaway Bay still has that village life feel' - that expression suits the neighbourhood perfectly.
Broadwater Street is only a few minutes walk to the broadwater, parks and restaurants. Its perfect location, along with a friendly and safe feel makes it the perfect place to live.
