Reviews of Bronhill Road, Ringwood East

"Nice tree lined street close to most amenities"

Bronhill road is lined with beautiful decidious trees (which in autumn is pretty but make a big mess!)
It slopes down towards maroondah highway where you will find the burnt bridge shops just at the end of the road. Very convienient for a quick shop or whatever you need. The bus stop is also here as is Club Ringwood , Kubuli and Red Rooster.

its only around 5 minutes to the start of eastlink and eastland which is also very handy. Maroondah hospital is around 2 minutes away.

The street is not quiet but certainly not busy, it is a slight throughfare from maroondah highway to mt dandenong road and being straight you get fast cars (at all hours).

The neighbours are predomintely ageing but younger families are starting to move in, there is a small park at the end of the street (no through road) which is great for the kids.
Some of the houses are rentals which in the past have attracted some less than desirable people but I have not seen them for around a year.

The houses are all around 45 years old and all blocks are around 650sqm.

There is cable tv in the street and new water mains were installed in late 2009.

The street has a few courts that come off it and it is a throughfare to caramut and carcoola.

I do like the convienience of the street but the traffic and noise from maroondah highway is sometimes annoying, especially at peak time. Its not loud but you do notice it.
