Broompark Crescent, Olinda, VIC 3788

My street is located in the Dandenong Ranges of Victoria. Olinda is the suburb, it is the highest village on the mountain where loads of tourest visit on the weekends, we have beautiful little shops full of unusual gifts. It is beautiful in winter where we are only 1 hour out of the city of Melbourne but we get snow. We had a white Xmas in 2006 just perfect. It is a very quite street with mainy good neighbours that mind their own business but band together when needed. We had a street clean up where most helped out & then a BBQ after. We get lots of wild life, Wombats, Lyerbirds, Echidnas, rabbits and colorful Birds as well as the not so welcome ones like Snakes.
There are no children in the street and a couple of people have Land for Wildfile properties. It's hillie s getting around can some times be hard, but when i come home at night from work or on the weekend it's like coming home to a holiday home. I often leave my parents and tell them I'm going home to paridise.
