Reviews of Bruce Avenue, Christies Beach

"Highly accessible to Noarlunga Centre & Beach Road Facilities"

Bruce Avenue mainly consists of well maintained brick homes built in the 70's - 80's era. The allotments are typically in the region of 700-800m2.Many of these homes have under gone significant upgrades over the years with new kitchens, bathrooms and additions common in the immediate area.generally families with children are attracted to this area due to the well featured homes at relatively modest prices. The proximity to facilities and flatness of the terrain is appealing to retiree's but often the larger allotment sizes prove burdensome in the residents advancing years. We have seen the emergence of a number of courtyard and villa homes creeping in on reduced sized allotments which is well regarded by retiree's and investors alike. The residents are generally friendly and approachable and families with children tend to settle in for a reasonable period of tenure.
