"Exceptional location"

Location is a breeze being so close to the Stables Shopping Centre as well as various parklands and leisure centres. Great spot!

As a Sales Associate in Mill Park, I've helped many people buy and sell in the area, therefore can confidently say its great place to live with an annual growth of 7% and average sale price of $570,000 for common houses. (April 2017)

This is a great location that is within walking distance to public transport, the stables shopping centre and the Peter Hopper lake reserve. A nice neighbourhood of young families and retirees.
