Relocating from Manly, Sydney to Burleigh Heads
We are thinking about relocating from Manly, Sydney to Burleigh Heads. We currently live in Manly where the average price of a 2 bed unit is over 1million. I'm in Digital and my husband in IT so am wondering whether we would have to commute to Brisbane for work or whether there is enough employment opportunities in the GC. I don't particularly relish the idea of a 1 hour train ride to Brisbane especially when factoring in school pick ups/drop offs etc for our soon to be 5 year old. Any thoughts? Also, is it an easy place to make friends when you have a young family? Cheers
