"Mostly quiet, some neighbour noise, overall a good street."
As having lived in this street for 12 months, we have found it a good place to live. It is close to the public golf course, which is used by walkers to enjoy the views of Port Phillip Bay. Also there is the tennis club, a short walk away. This street is a mix of all ages, it is away from the noise of the Rosebud shopping centre, and Beach Road which becomes busy during summer.
