Bushgum Crescent is located in a ''good area'' of the Upper Coomera suburb - which can unfortunately at times be associated with somewhat negative connotations. Viewing this street from a road map would maybe appear like a busy connection road with traffic from the smaller surrounding streets, however local traffic filters from so many different connections that Bushgum Crescent unexpectedly hosts small levels of local traffic only.
