"Rubbish"

Full of bogan trash and extreme gossiping locals (this goes hand in hand)

how did you come to notice this please

30 years of living there. Unless you can stay off the radar prepare to have everything from your bank balance to your personal health records shared amongst "town". No one is safe. The best thing i did was leave

"Future strong growth"

Now here is a place where my wife and I visited and from 20 years ago to just recent and although still a lovely town atmosphere, this place is booming. Enjoyed the swimming and the water was absolutely flat. We brought a truck tyre tube and that's where I floated. A nice town and Busselton has come a long way since we first visited 20 years ago.

"Great place to buy or invest"

Busselton is 220kms south of Perth and the Busselton Shire now has a population of over 26,000. Apart from being a popular tourist destination the area Busselton has a thieving agricultural industry with beef dairy cattle as well a grape growing and wine making. The timber industry is also big in this area. The famous Busselton jetty is 140 years old and is measured at 1841 m making it the longest jetty in the southern hemisphere and is a major big tourist draw card and it also boasts a wonderful underwater observatory. Busselton has much to off with great shopping facilities with supermarkets, boutique style stores and other stores offering all the goods you need. There are a number of primary and high schools as well as preschools and daycare centres in the area and there is any number of sporting and recreation venues, with sporting clubs in abundance. Swimming, surfing and other water sports are all extremely popular here. Busselton has medical centers and a district hospital and is in close proximity to the larger hospital facilities at Bunbury. Because of the size and popularity of the area house prices as well as rental properties are bring higher prices yet Busselton is one of those places well worth it.

Rentals in Busselton

"This is a town of diversity. Strong tourism, wineries, surfing, swimming and boating."

Busselton is a fast growing tourist town. Residents from Perth and rural W.A. gravitate to Busselton, especially if they have small children, for their summer holidays as it offers safe swimming conditions as well spectacular surfing conditions on the surf beaches and at the cape.

The region is well known for its wineries and this industry offers seasonal employment during the picking season. Good rainfall also provides excellent pastures for the beef and dairy cattle raising in the area

This is the last coastal town if you are taking the coast road to Albany or beyond.

Because of its sheltered situation Busselton also provides safe boating and fishing for those who follow that sport. Very good sports facilities are there for those that like to other activities.
