Reviews of Cadden Street, East Victoria Park
"EVP after 6 years of living here"
Well it has only got better, the park thrives with early morning dog visitors, all very well behaved, the afternoon sees the children after school and then the dog brigade again - lovely to seee how well behave they all are and how well loved.
Great for
- Quiet
- Neighbourly spirit
- Close but not too close to everything we need
Not great for
- Some local youngsters growing up with little parental support
- Most readers of this will automatically assume it is the indigenous, but I am here to tell you it is lead by one particular caucasion lad

"Fabulous living"
Quiet at all times of the year. If you listen hard you can only just hear the swish of peak hour traffic a few kilometres off. There is a park at one end and the other end borders on to the Bentley Tafe and yes more greenery. Who would believe we live less than 6km from the Perth CBD. It is just wonderful.

"Lovely street opposite a leafy park"
The park is the centrepiece, its like living opposite a village square. All residents make use of the park for catching a bit of sun, relaxing with the children, throwing a ball for the dog. Neighbours are great and local neighbourhood watch and spirit is excellent. We love it here.
