"Well planned and quiet suburb"

Caddens is a beautifully planned neighbourhood. Clean streets, paved footpaths all the way around ,and all brand new houses. There's a nice amount of greenery around too, Caddens Oval and trees evenly spread along the footpaths. It's very quiet, and people are friendly and actually greet you as you go past them. If you go to the Penrith Western Sydney University Campus, this place is right on it's doorstep. Caddens Corner looks be a lovely shopping centre when it opens up. Great proximity to the M4 and Northern Road, and bus routes throughout.

"Beautiful residential and good connectivity"

Place is very beautiful with new and big houses. Next to the Orchard Hills farm house suburb. Community is friendly. Near to Penrith and St Marys station for train commute and shopping. Just next to M4 for road connectivity. Orchard hills and Kingswood schools are high rated. There are good private schools too. This place lacks a shopping center in 2-3 km radius but thats no more the status once the westfield shopping centre opens on October 2020. A metro station for orchard hills is coming up just around the corner. Not more than 12 kms from the new western Sydney airport. Has its own rental market with WSU and Napien nearby. Cant ask for more.
