Camden Park, SA 5038

Novar Gardens is a great location between the city and the bay. It is very quiet with leafy streets. Many areas have no front fences which makes it a very open and neighbour friendly area.

The suburb is not in the flight path but is adjacent to the airport runway. It is only a few times a year when there is a Northerly wind is blowing which brings noise from the airport. A golf course, bowling green and school are all in Novar Gardens along with an IGA, butcher, chemist and Dr surgery. Basically everything that you need close by and with Glenelg only 5 mins drive you can't really ask for more. There are plenty of parks and sporting facilities with a Tennis court, football oval and soccer pitch.

The area has been predominantly held by retirees but is shifting to young couples and families. The streets are quiet once off Pine avenue. On my street, there are always kids playing cricket or football and everyone knows their neighbours. I initially rented in the area and have since purchased.

I really enjoy living in Camden Park, since it is very easy to get to the Morphetville Tram, Lot's of Pizza restaurants, McDonald, walking distance to IGA, Butcher, Post office, GP (Doctor), Coles Anzac Highway, have several public school to choose (I prefer King william Light).

It is very nice and quiet. It is also known as a very safe area. From Stonehouse avenue, you could see the hill view (actually you ar near to the beach). Well positioned between the beach and the city (Could have some exposure for capital growth from both sides). Near to the airport as well (however you hardly can hear the plane noise).

It is recommended for everybody who love to live in a quiet and safe place.

Situated very close to Novar Gardens. Close to shops and school

Located to the west of Adelaide and two suburbs short of the seaside suburb of Glenelg, Novar Gardens is a comfortable residential suburb.

With wide streets and loads of parking, Novar Gardens has predominantly single storey brick homes with neat gardens, no fences and many with swimming pools in the backyard.

Close to the airport, Novar Gardens is directly under the flight path. However the Adelaide Airport is managed with strict curfews on flight times so you will be able to sleep well at night.

This is a great spot for raising a family, as it is safe and quiet. Nearby schools include the Lutheran co-educational school Immanuel College and Glenelg Primary School.

It is also a safe and friendly neighbourhood, and very popular with retirees.

Locals tend to head to nearby Glenelg or Marion which offer a huge range of shopping choices, although both can be hectic with traffic at times.

Overall Novar Gardens is a relaxed and quiet area, with all you need with in easy reach.
