Even though it is a common road, its proximity to the Perth CBD is great, the blocks are still large and this street is close to Aqualife and the local café strip.

Looking for a home in Carnarvon Street?
"quiet street close to city"
Carnarvon st is close to buses and the train line and it only takes 15 minutes to get into the CBD. Park, swimming pool and shops are all walking distance away. Traffic is not a problem and the area is becoming more gentrified.
