Reviews of Caulfield, VIC

"Caulfield a great community vibe"

Caulfield has a great cultural vibe to it as well as being an affluent suburb. The food is some of the best in Melbourne. If you're looking for a real estate agency for a rental or sales enquiry get in touch with Hodges Caulfield. I've used there service a few times and its been great.

Caulfield is a quiet suburb located 13km south east of the Melbourne central business district.

Surrounded by parks and schools Caulfield boast a variety of sporting clubs and restaurants, with Glenhuntly rd and Glenferrie rd right around the corner, Caulfield is position perfectly for all.

"A great family suburb"

Caulfield is a great place to live. I have lived here all my life and it provides a great place to live, with so much on offer. The main offerings of Caulfield Park and local schools are sensational and the public transport has definitely improved. Would strongly suggest it for families.

"Excellent place"

Lost of places to eat and shop along Glen Huntly rd, far enough from actual houses ,close to jump in in 5 sec and get best coffee, tops and dresses from Paris, as well as . Public transport -trains and trams , medical facilities are close as well as parks and schools.

Rentals in Caulfield

"Well regarded suburb"

Home to some 5,000 residents, Caulfield is a well regarded suburb that sits roughly 10km south east of Melbourne's CBD. Along with its Southern, Northern and Eastern counterparts, Caulfield is an expensive area to live and properties here fetch an average of almost $800,000. It is one of Melbourne's best serviced towns in terms of tram and train networks, which link Caulfield with the CBD as well as neighbouring towns such as Elsternwick and Glen Huntly. Ideally suited to professionals and families, Caulfield plays host to an Australian Rules football team.
