Central Avenue, Westmead, NSW 2145

Is very quiet most of the time, I own my unit amongst other unit owners or renters. Very close to Parramatta football stadium so you can walk to a football game with the family without having to worry about parking. Good having a garage because there is time limit restrictions in Central avenue. Easy to walk to Westmead hospital or any of the resteraunts opposite hospital including Thai resteraunt, Subway, Oporto and cafes. Also access to Westmead Tavern in the Ashley lane behind where you can have a drink till 3 A.M in the morning without any hassles or troublemakers. People in the area can drive bad or walk in front of you on the street when you are driving, which can be annoying, but good place to live otherwise.
