Reviews of Chittaway Point, NSW
"A slice of paradise"
Quiet, friendly and brimming with wildlife, Chittaway Point is by far the best place I have ever lived. Many homes in the suburb enjoy incredible water views, but it's so tucked away that it isn't spoilt by being over run with tourists. Just 5 minutes from major shopping centres and 10 minutes from the M1 freeway, you get a waterfront lifestyle whilst still being able to commute. I wouldn't move!

"Best kept secret"
Where do you start..
Immersed in a natural environment, yet close enough for all of the mod cons of urban life. The point has a unique position on the coast where upon you can be 15 minutes from the best beaches in the country, to literally seconds away from a terrific waterway for all to share. The lake system is perfect for getting about on either fishing or sail craft. It has great fishing and crustaceous delights for the eager fisherman. The air is clean and the water is cheap. With all of the infrastructure in place within minutes, why wouldn't you like to settle here.

"A bit if paradise that not many people know about"
Nestled on Ourimbah Creek is a fantastic location for those that love boating. It is so close to the freeway so communiting to Sydney is easy - or if you prefer the train Tuggerah is a main station and also only a 5 min drive away.
If you're after shopping then Westfield at Tuggerah has everything including some great places for dining.
Want to keep fit? Fitness First has recently opened in Westfield Tuggerah.
There are lots of primary schools and high schools to choose from including the elite Central Coast Grammar school.
The best times of the year are Christmas Eve and Australia Day. On Christmas Eve the local Fire Department organises for Santa to come down the creek on a boat and throws all the children lollies - it is priceless!
On Australia everyone decorates their boats and make their way down the creek. Water fights including water bombs are thrown and it is an absolutely awesome day.
