"Nice & Close To The Action"
Cochrane Street connects the major Red Hill/Paddington strips of Waterworks Rd and Latrobe Terrace, making it very close to eating/entertainment and shopping facilities. It is well serviced by buses and provides some spectacular city views at its higher parts. The street mainly consists of old character houses, many of which have been renovated to their former glory. Carries a moderate amount of traffic during to and from work hours but all in all a very convenient and pleasant street to live in.
