"Cockatoo Dr Carrum Downs"
Too many Hoons smashesdalcohol bottles on footpaths and loud parties.
Not enought police to attened to noise complaints.
Too many younger people 4 or 5 sharing houses.
The house in the photo was crashed into and burned down by a drunk driver.
