"Regional feel with city amenities."
Colac is a lake front regional center with an exceptional rage of amenities and with a fantastic range of rural businesses including breweries, vineyards and eateries in the immediate vicinity. The town is centrally located with Geelong approx 40 minutes away, Ballarat and Warrnambool about 1 hour away and Melbourne about an hour and a half. Colac has recently had a significant increase in businesses within the locality including major chain stores like Bunnings. The best attraction of the town is by far the small town feel and local walking tracks with nature trails and nature reserves abundant within the region.
