"Peaceful hidden gem"

Very peaceful suburb compared to the neighbouring schofields, Tallawong and Marsden Park.

Situated right next to the golf course with lots greens and several small parks, great for raising a family or retirees.

There’s no apartments/duplexes in the suburb meaning less population and friendly neighbours.

Woolworths shopping village right at the entrance, with Costco, IKEA, Bunnings on the other side of the main road. What more can we ask. m7 is only a few mins drive.

Very happy with our life here. :)

"Suburb full of greenery and Nice People"

This suburb is located in the middle of many green patches. World class golf course would make Colebee gemstone of the surrounding areas.

Marsden park business center is at foot steps of Colebee. Costco, Ikea and all large retail/wholesale outlet in this business park are easily accessible.

Colebee has 5-6 small play areas. It is very safe area and lot of development happening around. Townson road upgrade would improve connectivity to near by metro station in coming years.

Overall it's a good place to live.

"Nice Suburb In a bad location."

I use to live in Colebee and have now moved out of the area.
The Suburb Itself Is Ok but surrounded by Ghetto suburbs, My son had nothing but problems at local schools and the outside area's are just full of drug problems, Just go out to a local shopping centre 5 mins away and you'll get a good idea of what I'm talking about.
We have had our letter box vandalised twice and had groups of teens walking past our street late at night on many occasions. It has a lovely Golf course Yes But It's also 10-15 mins from Mount Druitt which says it all.

"Great suburb with a golf course, greenery , infrastructure and offcourse awesome people !"

Hidden jewel in the middle meticulously designed golf course by Greg Norman and his team, the world-class 18 hole championship golf course at Stonecutters Ridge has been designed to rank among Australias Top 100 Courses.
Great neighbor hood, nice parks and very well designed whole land space.
The COLEBEE community association actively organize events in the estate gives the essence of community and the connection. There are walking groups , Mums coffee time, yoga, photography group etc. Takes up any issues up for discussion and try to resolve during the community meetings.

Property prices have appreciated quite well from the time we moved 3 years ago.
