"Perfect Collinswood"

5 mins to the cbd, public transport close by, shops in every direction and beautiful tree lined streets. Mixture of over 100 year old cottages to grand 2 storey modern homes. Right in the middle of Walkerville, Medindie and on the other side Nailsworth, Broadview and Sefton Park. Close to anything you need. It’s the most amazing suburb.

"Stunning Neighbourhood!"

Collinswood is a well-established area, with the very nice old bungalows now replaced with new courtyard homes and to larger homes.

There is great nightlife with only 5 minutes to the CBD and Walkerville Terrace.

Parking is excellent, so this is great for when friends and families come visiting.

The neighbours are super friendly, they will actually say hello to you when you walk past them in the street.o

So move to Collinswood and fall in love, if you can afford the price tag

"Exclusive and oozing with character homes"

A fantastic suburb so close to the city bordering Walkerville and Prospect.
Fanatstic schools on offer like Walkerville Primary and St Andrews and an amazing freshly built hotel establishment the Walkers Arms.
The suburb is well known for beautiful character homes and green tree lined streets everywhere.

"A diverse enigmatic beautiful suburb"

A beautiful suburb with all walks of life from the students living in apartments to the established family estates such as on Salisbury tce. Tree lined streets and proximity to schools shops and night life are just some of the perks of this established greatly loved suburb. living on the border of Medindie gardens and Collinswood I find myself doing most of my shopping there.

Do not trust Peter Zaharis. He didn't pay me and my partner for work done on his property in Greece. This guy is a conman. I can show you the drawings we made as evidence.
