Condamine St, Balgowlah, NSW 2093

I live in this street on the harbourside of Sydney Rd. Love the location as the NEW Stockland Shopping centre has opened, which is now super convenient. Also a bonus living within walking distance to the harbour, and only a pleasant 25min walk to Manly Wharf. There are some down points, Traffic at Condamine & Sydney Rd intersection is now a nightmare from the new shopping centre that has opened. And also half of the street from White St to Sydney rd is metered parking, and bet your bottom dollar there is rangers there booking cars frequently as there is limited non metered parking for residents of Condamine Street, because the staff from Stockland shopping centre quickly snavel up the non metered car parking spots.
