"Beautiful family area and community"

We moved here 4 years ago from Sydney and what a different vibe it is. The greenery and space offered for your kids to grow up, everyone knows each other and looks out for each other. Great sense of community and great clean area. Our little girl plays with the other kids on our street and they all know each other, everybody waves and says hello and security in the area makes you feel safe. Only cons is mosquitos in afternoon and internet connection is sometimes crap.

"A fabulous community"

Coomera Waters is a fabulous place to live. The estate is like no other you will come across in terms of green space, a sandy beach, nature reserves and amenities. It’s the only place I have ever seen Koalas in their natural habitat right across the road from my house. This is a common occurrence. There’s lots of places to walk with the children, or cycle, or run. Most of the properties are owner occupied so they are beautifully presented and having a body corporate keeps the estate looking smart. Some people have had internet issues so if you are buying in Coomera Waters, ask if they have fiber to the premise. If so, it is extremely reliable! The community look out for one another.

"Safe, scenic and friendly."

CW is a great place for raising families and the environment here is very pleasant. As soon as I drive into the CW community, I feel a sense of serenity and security. Had some internet connectivity problems earlier which now appear to have been solved and so I have edited my review to reflect the fact that I now have nothing to complain of here.

"Don’t rely on Telecommunication and Internet connectivity"

If you plan on moving to Coomera Waters and would rely on 24 hour Internet connectivity then look elsewhere. Internet infrastructure is outdated and run by a monopoly regime. It’s not all about the location and good looking gardens, you need to work and have reliable support for that to become a reality

Rentals in Coomera Waters

"Fantastic!"

Coomera Waters is a fantastic place to live. Quiet, close to the water and a good standard of homes and facilities. Every time we look the area never shows up in crime maps and that’s most likely due to the CCTV cameras on all entry points and 24*7 security. Couldnt recommend anymore highly!

"Top place to live on Northern Gold Coast"

Very popular security estate with body corporate (about 5 in total) Has great facilities at the Harbour Area including a tavern, cafe, chemist, IGA (just opened Jan 2017), medical centre and other smaller businesses. Blocks are good sizes and it has a very good friendly feel to it. Also patrolled by security company and has lots of great walking tracks. Away from the hustle and bustle and low in rentals (centre and eastern side) The 2 rec clubs have pools, tennis courts, BBQ areas & gym. Fast internet which is always a plus and people are friendly and layed back.

Great for

  • Good size blocks
  • Good neighbours
  • Quite and peacful

Not great for

  • Mozzies
  • Body corporate can be picky

Depending on the area within coomera waters you live in (there are 5 body corporates within here) we are impeccable and find body Corp expensive but you pay for what you get
